1. this is not a hotel (which is what I thought it was). There's no reception, no room service, etc.
2. the internet speed topped at 1.2Mbps, my phone's 4G was getting 22Mbps (which is what I used)
3. Cleanliness: the little trash bin under the dresser was filthy.
4. Cleanliness: the toilet looked clean but had an unpleasant smell, smelled like poop.
5. the TV didn't turn on, I tried plugging in the wires, no dice!
